We are hiring Call Center Specialists with experience in sales, retention, and customer service. Successful candidates will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from residential customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday between 7AM-4PM CST
- Must have internet access for telecommuting
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Training & Development:
- Candidates will undergo a 2-day paid training program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to support D2D sales by verifying customer information
- Place outbound calls to prospects to verify agreement terms and customer details
- Support customers with service inquiries in ERCOT and PJM markets
- Leverage each opportunity presented to retain customers through saves/renewal process
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/trainings
- Ability to meet all Call Center Metrics
- Perform other duties assigned by the management
Education/Experience:
- 1-2 years Call Center Experience (Required)
- 1-2 years Retail Energy Experience (Required)
- Ability to retain customers and market existing services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with listening skills
- Positive, customer focused attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Able to operate in a team environment and contribute to our company goals
- Strong analytical skills required
Language Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English – Reading and speaking proficiency
